The house is located in the Northern Estates park in Belmont. It is not surrounded by houses like most mobile homes, it is next to a large field and has one house on the back side but this house is on a hill so you still have your privacy. It is a single wide but has a large extention on the front so the living room and kitchen gives you lots of space. The kitchen has great looking wood cupboards and a island. While the house was occupied the carpet in one of the bathrooms was taken out and tile was put down. The house has great character. Beutiful lanscaping and views. 2 decks are attached to the house.
